You might be lucky enough to get one of the two remaining tables for the Irish Supper Club, where chef-proprietor Mark Hartstone will be serving traditional dishes including lamb, boxty, whiskey cake, salmon, Guinness, soda bread.
Mark, who runs La Fosse with his wife Emmanuelle, serves delicious food with an emphasis on local and seasonal sourcing, including both traditional British and international dishes. He is a cheese expert and the cheese-board always features outstanding regional cheeses.
